I will like to present Xion Fx Beta 2 theme. Ive been working on this theme for quite a
long time. The First beta was released to 20 testers and I would like to thank them for
their great feedback. Xion fx has its own installer to make life a bit easier for the user.

Description: Dark grey color looks like black & white. Transparent and smoke touch. Author comments: This is the first of a few patches for Reaper X that fixes some issues.
Fixes:
- All Programs link for languages other than English
- Hover image overlap in Right Pane of the Start menu
Improvements:
- Lighter taskbar with smoked edges
- More subtle glow on All Programs/Back link hover
